The plot presents a "oddly dressed woman named Ada" who charges the duo with traveling into the Gemstone Grotto—a significant location from Attack on Titan—to rescue her ally from a secret sect.
The questline focuses on "bizarre experiments and a terrifying adversary" and is accessible to all players who have gained access to the Yasuke character.

The trailer features the Subterranean Sanctuary from Attack on Titan reimagined as the Crystal Cave. This historic location was formerly where the Reiss royal family passed down the Founding Titan ability through generations.
